It records a digital guest list for events and gastronomy, relieving health authorities through digital, lean, and integrated processes. lucaapp can only be used within Germany. luca takes over the secure transmission of contact data to event organizers and operators of bars, restaurants, and cultural sites.  Your encrypted data is automatically deleted after a maximum of 4 weeks after visiting the event or venue.  The data about your stay is encrypted and the host never has access to it, making sure you always retain your data sovereignty.  If the public health department wants to read your data, they need your permission first.  luca ensures a secure and decentralized encryption of your personal data.  When you enter an event or restaurant, you are checked in by having your QR code scanned or scanning one at your table.  All you share at check-in is your QR code, which the venue operator can’t associate with you.  When you leave a venue, your check-out time can be recorded automatically.  For individual events, lucaapp can perform additional functions.  For example, it can also serve as a digital entry ticket.  You can view the history of your check-ins at any time.
