Many reviews are correct! lucaapp id not for US visitors of Germany! When US number is provided confirmation message is not getting sent and app sits and waits. Developer needs to despise if this is global app if just works for DE numbers. I deleted lucaapp !

Couldn’t finish sign-in: lucaapp gives error message instead of sending TAN. Maybe it doesn’t allow US phone number as contact? Shouldn’t be on US App Store if it doesn’t work on US phones.

There is no way to add family members. My children don’t have phones and my husband doesn’t use lucaapp . This is not useful if it’s just for one person!

I don’t enjoy Luca or care that much. I get that it’s necessary and can serve a purpose but it is not an enjoyable experience and I wish there weren’t new diseases all over the globe to worry about exposure too.
2 stars. It works but I wish we didn’t need it.

They got the first part of sign up correct. But could have done a much better job of check in and checkout when You leave a place, like since lucaapp doesn’t check movement maybe you could edit the time you left?. Maybe next version 😹

I use Luca app in Germany without issue but after entry Italy that not opening app, my phone is iPhone. What is a problem?
I have downloaded Luca for android. When entering my contact information I get the message "This value is not valid" when entering my 4-digit norwegian postal code. Users with iphones doesn't seem to have the same problem.
