In trying to set up Storypod App on my android I am not able to enter child's month and date of birth, and can't move forward without it entered.

Hi my story pod is not connecting to the craftie and i am connected to wifi its not reading the books either i think something is wrong with the sensor please get back to me thank you!

We can not get pod to connect because there is no button to connect.

Close and restart the Storypod app on iPhone
Update Storypod app to the Latest Version for iOS

To resolve Storypod network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Storypod app issues:

Force Stop the Storypod App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Storypod app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Storypod to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Storypod App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Storypod app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Storypod.

Fix Storypod unable to contact server/ Storypod internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Storypod » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Storypod » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Storypod on android.
