UBA is fantabolous. at my first usage, I doubted it's strength and was negative about its functionality due to bank network downtime in the country . Since the inception of using this application , it's been extremely hitch free as I'm able to perfect my transactions within blink of an eye. I am able to round up transactions with ease from the four walls of my room, instead of the conventional entering of the bank to complete my daily transactions . Kudos to the customer service who are also readily available to curb any form of anomaly from UBA . Great app. simple and effective to use. Nagode this app!

Keeps showing offline connect to internet when other apps on my phone is working... I’ve tried using mobile data and WiFi non of them is working

This new app from this app makes transactions easier and smoother. Now I can check my bank statement without any hassle, fund my betting account and complete transactions overall. Least I forget, the UI/UX is pretty simple which makes the user experience easy. Kudos to the this app team. I look forward to future updates of UBA.

It’s really bad that your developers don’t see or test their apps on various devices before releasing it out to the public. UBA always brings up an error that I am offline while there’s internet connection. This has gone on since September of last year. And yet still the developers haven’t noticed this or just don’t mind to get it resolved. Very bad for such a big bank. Very appalling!

UBA is one of the worst bank apps I have ever used since my 7 years of using mobile banking in and outside Nigeria. It doesn’t open when you need it to, most times I end up using the Ussd to make my transfers🤦🏾‍♂️

This is like the most useless app I have ever seen on UBA Store. The most annoying aspect is in the bank they still claim UBA has no faults and that the malfunctioning of UBA is as a result of your internet not working well mean hope every other app on your phone is running fine as they are running on fuel supply. Please do something better about UBA. The previous one was even quite better as compared to this one.

UBA should be named stress. UBA is so stressful. When you want to make transactions first of all it won’t open you have open and open again put off your data and put it on back before it take about 30mins before it comes on. I can’t use UBA now as I type because it’s saying no connection when I have fast network connection on my phone.

The new app is good fine, but your recent transactions took almost three days before they reflect on UBA . That too bad I was expecting a micro deposit this made me loose money on that day
UBA won’t even open when you need it will keep saying internet issue without anything issue with your phone internet please kindly do something about it.

Please this new mobile app is the beat so far can you please help us include the option to make use of our biometrics when initiating transactions

It’s understandable with so many features on it. Their customer services are so friendly and the only bank that their customer satisfaction is their priority. Thank you for moving banking easy.

Was surprised to see a new app, especially since the old one works well.

The old one could have been updated with the card management feature.

The old one thrumps the new one by miles. I was lost in it and had to go back to the old app. I hope you don’t intend to sunset the old one.

UBA is not not bad but why doesn’t it open quick, it takes too long to open and that can be very frustrating, it’s not a network setting, please fix this, cos sometimes when one needs it urgently that’s why UBA decided to keep loading and not open, it’s annoying . 🤦🏽‍♀️

Everything seems nice but there are no much details like the account details the transaction was made to on the transaction history

Without any doubt, this is the best mobile app I have seen so far, this app has done marvelously well with this, the fluidity is cool, look and feel is just out of this world. Well done guys.

I still don’t understand the need of changing names of beneficiaries I want to add because they’ve been there already for another bank.
Why can’t you guys do it like the others. I might have accounts in bank A, B, C and D.

Do you expect them to have different account names?

Why is it that only prepaid card can be added to the mobile app, no option for debit card? Otherwise a great app.

I love the settings of the apps but where can I change my daily transactions limit...I check through all the settings I can’t find it 🤨any suggestion??

This Has Been The Best App Ever Released By this app So Far. The Features Are Really Cool, Like Hand Gesture To Hide Account Balance, I Could Give UBA 10 Stars, If The Stars Were Up To 10. Kudos To The Developers, Keep Doing Better. 👌

The new app has a connection problem other than that it’s been helpful.

Yes it's the best so far, but can't we hide the account balance on the transaction screen,, checked all through the settings but there's no where to do that..

Without any doubt, mobile app is good. Steady improvements over the year and more functionalities added. Easy to use, very informative and looks really cool. I’m impressed.

UBA offers convenience for many types of transactions.I’m removing one star because UBA doesn’t show previous transactions.

This new app is so confusing and not really good and simple like the this app mobile banking. If you send funds it doesn’t go through and you have to wait like hours before it goes through.
