I can’t receive the OTP to register…
I can’t change my password. There is no field where I can put the OTP I have received. I don’t know if you’re testing this app before making it public. This is just a mess guys.

The app is very useful especially the transfer from diese App to diese App when it works but it’s buggy af.
Now my account is suspended and no one is able to help me. Client service is the worst. When they do answer is to gather personal information worth no follow-up.
In Cameroon they seem to push the clients to go to a WhatsApp solution. No kidding. From a bank that’s the funniest joke a ever heard.
