I have had gig pro downloaded for a while. I get calls at least once a week for an available job but everytime I get on the app there is no open gigs available it specifically says...you'll find gigs here soon....soon you'll see gigs here well notify you as soon as that happens....its been like this for a month everytime I open the app...today I actually got a call for a job I was interested in and I can't even apply bc there are "no gigs available". I was told the only way I can apply is through the app that doesn't work

I worked a shift last night at Tempest on North Market Street and they said that they send it by money already but I haven't received it in my phone maybe because I when I updated my phone yesterday or I don't know what's going on I do have a problem please help

I am trying to sign up for Gigpro to be able to get some work on the side whenever it gets to the insurance information. I am entering my login and it takes me to where the insurance is and I am put my address and birthdate and it will not save to go to the next step so I am not being able to sign up for a gig

Close and restart the Gigpro app on iPhone
Update Gigpro app to the Latest Version for iOS

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Gigpro app issues:

Force Stop the Gigpro App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Gigpro app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Gigpro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Gigpro App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Gigpro app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Gigpro.

Fix Gigpro unable to contact server/ Gigpro internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Gigpro » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Gigpro » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Gigpro on android.
