Three weeks ago my instant payout was not working. When I emailed Gigpro, they told me to email stripe. It’s been back and fourth, to this day. No one knew what was wrong, or how to fix it. I’ve sent in statements from my bank showing my account is in good standing.
After two weeks with no payment, I used a family members card, and the money was deposited immediately. After that gigpro told me according to them, this matter was closed. I told them, it will happen again, as we never resolved this and I have to use my original bank info, the one I used the entire 8 months I worked for Gigpro!
So here we are, back to the same issues. Gigpro has blantly ignored my first couple emails about this matter happening again. Today gigpro and stripe FINALLY acknowledged that my bank info was blocked/removed from thier platform so it cant recive funds from them. I’ve requested to speak with management on both ends and not one has contacted me. I’ve said it the first day this happend, someone was doing something malicious to my account and until they can explain why and how this happened, I will continue to believe so.
