Hi I need to get on the plane to USA, used app multiple times but now it asks me to scan verifier (without testing first) and gives error. Please help troubleshoot

How to fix NAVICA Verifier app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NAVICA Verifier app on iPhone
Update NAVICA Verifier app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NAVICA Verifier iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NAVICA Verifier on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NAVICA Verifier network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix NAVICA Verifier not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the NAVICA Verifier App
1. On android, goto Settings » NAVICA Verifier » click [Force Stop]

Update NAVICA Verifier to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NAVICA Verifier App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NAVICA Verifier » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NAVICA Verifier.

Fix NAVICA Verifier unable to contact server/ NAVICA Verifier internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NAVICA Verifier » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NAVICA Verifier » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NAVICA Verifier
