I downloaded and followed instructions. The scanner shows “error” and nowhere on the site is there a place to fix the problem. It doesn’t pay to to do governmental quick fixes.
NAVICAVerifier will not scan the data matrix
Downloaded app as suggested by United Airlines. App allows one to enter email address and sends code for access. Entering code freezes app. Every time, locked out.
NAVICAVerifier doesn’t work. QR code doesn’t scan on iPhone 13 Pro Max. Tried with numerous orientations, distances and backgrounds. Sadly, this is useless.
QR Code scan does not work on two different packs!!!!! Does not scan on either an iPhone 12 plus or an iPad. Click on “support” I get “error 404” and support is not available. $80 bucks wasted. I am off to go to a Pharmacia to get tested by a human being. The plus is that it is really pretty packaging and looks really cool. To bad its a pice of do-do.

I know my password but NAVICAVerifier does not recognize it. Password reset does not work either
No matter whether I restart, delete and reinstall the QR scanner does not work and delivers an error message. Worthless
If I could I would rate this a zero. It simply does not scan at all. Have been trying for 20 minutes already in different lightings and angles and nothing.
I just downloaded NAVICAVerifier for me to do my coilvd 19 test at home I have tried scanning the bar and it’s not scanning, I’m confused with it I last coilvd test was back In April before taking a plane to see my grandparents.
