- Automatically marks a test as used as soon as you scan it

- Have to enter things like race, gender, and ethnicity

Selecting Scan QR code brings up the camera for a second and then the app crashes. How are we supposed to report our results if your app is constantly crashing? Be better.

With an I phone 13 pro. When I try to open the CRS TAX MAP SUITE LINK tied to the tax map ID in navica on the expanded listing view it never loads. Loading screen appears and then disappears without any action or redirection.

My son sent me his result via email but i can't open the file using my password for Navica or emed.

NAVICA technicians were unable to see me and signal would drop. This happened continually with 5 technicians. I had to plead with local Apokeke( Pharmacy) for a Covid Test. I would like a refund.

the Navica app cannot access the microphone on my Android device. When I look at the device list under the microphone's permission list, the Navica app is not listed. I am in a real quandary because the app won't run on my alternate device (Mac Playbook)
