I like to be able to manage my billing and check my account simply from an app and I thought that’s what I was going to get with this, however VANC only reports outages. But I see other states have VANC that will allow them to be able to make payments and view their account so why doesn’t Virginia that’s odd.

VANC needs to have payment functionality. It’s a waste without account management ability.

You’d think they’d make an app that lets you do multiple things like check on your account or pay the bill. Nope, just shows you where outages are. What a waste of time.
