So, how is it that every other utility I have has an app - regardless of where I live. Duke Energy, my wireless, my internet, my water - they all do.
But nothing for any Dominion location other than this app - even though you do business in eight states. So can I monitor my usage, on a day-to-day basis, to look for patterns & savings, like I do w Duke? Nope. Can I see your products & promotions by telling Siri to open your app, like I can with Duke? Nope. Can I use TouchID or FaceID to see my account info and give you money/pay my bill, like I can with Duke? Nope. Can I get app-based alerts, like I can with Duke? Nope.
So do I have anywhere near as much confidence in Dominion's technical abilities as I do with Duke? Not even close.
Seriously - you're even a non-this app company; why the specificity to only 12.5% of the states you serve? Unacceptable.

All the reviews on SC suggest the same primary issue: lack of support outside of this app via an app.
What is more troubling is the lack of response to the reviews. Even a google search shows no statements or reaction on this topic.
At least acknowledge these reviews are seen, even if you don’t intend to deliver apps for the other states!

Downloaded this in hopes that it would work overseas so I can get the power turned back on for my new renter. The website is geo-locked and apparently SC is too. Please fix for military families like mine. Thanks.

When launching app says “Make sure that WiFi or mobile data is turned on.” Both are but app will not do anything.
