I use you as my drop shipper. I have a shopify store. You are connected my customers have paid in full. but I can not fulfill my orders. I actually transferred the payment to my personal credit card and and was allowed to purchuse 4 orders but the last three you will not allow me to purchase, This is very frustrating and detrimental to my business. PLEASE HELP

How to fix Trendsi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Trendsi app on iPhone
Update Trendsi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Trendsi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Trendsi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Trendsi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Trendsi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Trendsi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Trendsi App
1. On android, goto Settings » Trendsi » click [Force Stop]

Update Trendsi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Trendsi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Trendsi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Trendsi.

Fix Trendsi unable to contact server/ Trendsi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Trendsi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Trendsi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
