Item still hasn’t shipped
I had an order placed 11/05 it is now 12/02 and my order still hasn’t been shipped to my customer! They claim they can’t get in contact with their China warehouse and refunded the money but it doesn’t excuse the fact that my customer still does not have her order! Save your time and reputation and find another wholesale supplier. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Very disappointed
They don’t care about us getting our items to our customers they just care if they make a sale. Customers left waiting and waiting and waiting. I have one customer who won’t get their order for a month or so. Probably 2 months.

App won’t load
I deleted and re downloaded several times and when the app tries to load it won’t allow me to click past the landing page. I can only access Trendsi via my computer which is fine but I really need mobile access to use to allow more mobility for my business.
