• For an airline that does serve a niche, they are horrible with IT and their social media response.
• Completely useless.
• There is no way to check in - app asks for country of residence, but there is no entry field for it.
• Whoever wrote this junk should be ashamed.
Hi, I have been trying to contact you since the day of my booking, ref no DBZAX2 upon booking on the I phone I completed all the necessary information, and Made the payment, upon printing the confirmation it has submitted my partners date of birth instead of mine 26/04/1967, as I don’t want this to be an issue on the day of flying, if you can amend this would be much appreciated, with a confirmation email if possible please Kindest regards Liz
