I down load the app and it doesn’t give an option to register or to create a user name and password it just asks to log in I never had a user name or password set up

I'm using samsung galaxy note 10 plus. Application stopped working about a month ago. I did remove app and installed again. On the first startup I was able to login and see my account. after closing app and start again only blank white screen shows. To go to my account I need to reinstall it will allow me only once to see my account.
