After the latest update the update stopped working. I tweeted the problem by mentioning them but received no feedback. For an airline that does serve a niche, they are horrible with IT and their social media response.

Completely useless. There is no way to check in - app asks for country of residence, but there is no entry field for it. Whoever wrote this junk should be ashamed.
Always delay always missing transfer flights and no customer service

I dont know who is giving 5 star this airline. Dely delay delay. Missed US flight in Frankfurt ordered wheel chair no one coming. Cause of delay missing other flight abd spend 24 hours in airport plus most important thing is THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. No one ANSWERING 444 0 497
