I’ve tried multiple times to access my account. I requested multiple emails to reset the password. Every time I try to do it it tells me that confirm password does not match , even when I use the password generated by iPhone. I know that password did not get missed typed on the iPhone password confirmation. I tried to contact someone for help. No one answered the phone. I finally had to send an email in. It directed me to the store. They called me back to fix it. I told them multiple times what the problem was, but they wanted me to come to the store so they could see what I was talking about. I even reloaded OCharleysOClub . I really don’t want to go to the restaurant to spend time to figure out OCharleysOClub. Since this is a software glitch there’s nothing they can do. I’d like to be able to use OCharleysOClub because I go to the store frequently. But it’s too hard to use and set up. So I’m at the point where I just opt out of going to the restaurant because it’s too hard to order.

This review is for the O’Charley’s in Harrison VA; we were on our way home (NC) from PA with the family. We were already two hours behind schedule but wanted to stop for lunch! I called O’Charley’s asking if they would take our order & have it ready for us to eat it. They were willing & everything was perfect! So kind & helped us get on the road sooner🥰👏highly recommend them!

OCharleysOClub wouldn’t let me scroll sideways through the menu options for instance under Burgers and Sandwiches could only see the first item and partial of the second and wasn’t able to view the others. Every time I tried to move the menu to the left to see what is available on the right it would go back to the first option.

Tried to submit app support but it takes me to the store location support.

Won’t be able to order until this is fixed.

OCharleysOClub looks great and I earned a free appetizer for signing up. But anytime I tried to go back it would clear out my basket. So after three tries I finally made it to the checkout point without losing my order, it said my free appetizer would be applied...but it never was. I finally just closed it out and made myself dinner at home. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Your app is a complete disaster it cost me an hour to choose my favorites to save time as you suggested and then there is no option on OCharleysOClub to save to favorites. Thanks for wasting my time. I noticed in OCharleysOClub comments that virtually every one has a negative experience with OCharleysOClub but the problems are never corrected
Then I called the Simpsonville SC store to get help and was put on hold by the manager Donna ? And then disconnected
Horrible customer service

It is frustrating that you have to enter the zip code every time you open OCharleysOClub . When going back to the main page, you must enter the zip code again and select the restaurant again.

I’ve tried several times to use app, even in the restaurant and cannot get it to work. The employees don’t even know how it works! I visit at least once a week and should have already received a reward, but nothing. Why have an app if it does not work and even the employees don’t know how it works.

Tried several times to get app. Told me every time the password did not match! Every time time would get same answer. Finally gave up. Now worth the hassle! If you are going to offer a deal make sure the program works. Completely over it!!!

Trying to set up Face ID and had trouble getting accepted. Tried email login and wouldn’t accept that.
If you are going to offer an app you should have the bugs worked out so that customer will not be ticked off before ever using.
Never had a problem with Chili’s app which should be modeled after.

Will only allow me to use one gift card for payment, but if amount is large, I’d like to add two gift cards to my order before having to pay for rest with credit card. Please fix this soon. Otherwise, works okay.

OCharleysOClub doesn’t work at all. Can log into account on Safari, but the exact same log in information. Keeps giving an error that there is no such user!!! Ridiculous!

I installed OCharleysOClub and I tried to order and it constantly spanned and didn’t load. I tried several times and had no issues with other apps.

I cannot place an order after 20 minutes. STOP MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO BUY DINNER FROM YOU. WAAAAAY too many hoops to jump through.

Have tried two different times now, and local store never let’s order go through. Why bother?

Cannot get logged in. Even with new passwords. Will delete app.

OCharleysOClub looks nice, but when it won’t let me add ribs to my bag because I haven’t selected half or full rack, it falls apart. Mainly because there is NOWHERE for the selection to be made.

OCharleysOClub crashes every time you try to make an order!

It took the 3 hours for us to get our food and it was disgusting

OCharleysOClub is extremely frustrating. After downloading, it took nearly 15 minutes just to complete the registration. I got a free appetizer as a reward for signing up. It took another 10 minutes of searching OCharleysOClub to find the code to give the server to redeem my reward.
