I cannot use the app because it’s giving me an error message. Can’t see the app or anything in it and I’m unable to shop or clip coupons. There was a coupon i wanted to add and use before it expires

I had to sign back into account. It sent me a security code which I copied & pasted & said it was wrong! Sent me another one which worked & it made me change my password. I try to log back in & it's telling me there's a problem & sends ANOTHER security code which made me change my password AGAIN. I tried to log in & it's telling info is incorrect. I was just about to clip coupons to shop there. Well now I have to shop somewhere else today. Please fix this!
