i have had an ionchill Quickcube for about a month and it no longer makes ice What should i do next? i have clean it and use fitered water.
Got the SmartHome vacuum today for Christmas, everytime I click "add device", the Tzuminapp crashes. I followed Sam Mayhew suggestion and downloaded the SmartLife app. Connected with no issues. Thanks Sam.
Tzumi app is not working so thanks to another person here I downloaded the smart life app and it works

FOR THOSE THAT CANT GET THE TZUMI APP WORKING READ THIS!! This robot cleaner is actually a Tuya product. As my app was not working and crashing when I was trying to add device as other have experienced as well. Download "Smart Life" and add the vacuum that way. Better app and connected instantly and integrated with Google assistant. Thank me later
App keeps crashing. Will be returning to WalMart.

Just came home to use my ionvac , just bought today. The app continues to crash every time I try add device
The app itself keeps crashing every time I hit the add device button. I've tried all the steps, delete/redownload, clear cache, clear data, signed in under password/google sign in button, swapped my wifi off of 5g, reached out to the company, all of the things, no matter what it crashes and I can not even add my new device.
I have a smart clean robo vac 2000 and the remote doesn't work right. The directional arrows don't work. I have tried to reset it but no response. The indicator lamp status shows default configuration state.
my hand massager will not charge. fitrx pro.
My changing/ emptying base is not emptying the vacuum . How can I fix this ?
