My son purchased an ionchill Quickcube Automatic Ice Maker in July 2023. He tried to add the water to the well and the water just poured onto the counter. What is the problem with this machine? Purchased ion chill 6 bottle wine cooler in January 2023. Unit quit working in June 2023. Attempted to contact Tzumi customer support. Chatted with on line Representative. Was told I had to pay $5.00 and fill out on line form. Second unit that I purchased. 1st unit failed after 6 months. Will not purchase anything else from this company.

November 2022 I purchased an ICONIC multi-use power vac from JC Penney. My son gave me money to purchase this vacuum for a early Christmas present. I used this vac part November and December. In January I went to Florida. I just returned last week and found my vac no longer works. I have a 12 month warranty on this product. I reached out to JC Penney and they said I needed to reach to you. What are my next steps to get this resolved?

Newest update my vac won’t connect

In the previous version, my smart vac connected easily and I controlled my device with no issues. With this new version I cannot connect my device. I tried all of the options. My device blocks quickly when reset but the app doesn’t find it. And when are you going to upgrade to use a 5G connection? I have both 2G and 5G. Please help.

I ran my vac for the first time. I charged it all night so it would have 100% charge. Got up this morning and ran a cycle. The area that it cleaned was small and it ran over the same area several times. After 22 minutes the battery was at 20% and the vac stopped. I picked it up and put it back on the charger. I’m disappointed. It did clean the area it ran. I’m hoping after it charges I will run another cycle and it will clean a different area?

I love the steering feature, the notification of a started job is good. I have tried multiple times to get notifications of problems during a job but this far it does not work. I also would not mind a message that it is docked
