When setting up my gusto wallet my app freezes and tries to reload at the second step but can’t
When I click on the app a pop up appears that I need to download the new version of the app. I click on it and it redirects me to the App Store but it has nothing for it to update. Therefore I’m stuck clocked in at work with the app not loading at all.
Our business is switching to gusto wallet first of the year. None of the employees that are using IOS are able to connect to location services in the app. Keep getting the error "whoops something went wrong." If you click OK it goes to either a blank white screen or it goes to a screen with the spinning wheel. We will be clocking in and out on the app. Under settings it does not look like the app is requesting any location services.
For the past two pay periods I have not been able to view my current pay check. When will this be resolved?
