Summary of SpTH Problems 🔥

- App closed and user could not get “my trip” details to open again

- Cannot fill out forms for groups of travelers

- On-screen keyboard hides the Continue button

- Does not allow one to save QR to the Wallet app

How to fix SpTH app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SpTH app on iPhone
Update SpTH app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SpTH iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SpTH on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SpTH network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SpTH Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SpTH not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SpTH App
1. On android, goto Settings » SpTH » click [Force Stop]

Update SpTH to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SpTH App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SpTH » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SpTH.

Fix SpTH unable to contact server/ SpTH internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SpTH » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SpTH » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SpTH
