The greatest joy of filling out a multi-step form with no ability to auto-fill is to reach the very last screen and receive an error. We’ve got a big family. I’ve seen this error screen a lot on two different devices. What a joke SpTH is. A poorly delivered, cruel joke. I’m going to be hitting “submit” every hour for the next 24 hours. I hope it works. ¡Que cutre!

I was almost finished entering my personal trip I for then SpTH closed and I could not get “my trip” details to open again. Every single time I tried to open “my tip”, SpTH closed itself. I restarted the phone (iPhone 11 Pro) and it still did the same thing. I deleted SpTH and tru d starting over. What a waste of time for the user. Why not just have a website instead of an app? This way, bugs don’t matter. If this is mandatory then a LOT of people will be very upset if they get deported because their stupid app is crashing.

SpTH is garbage, you're way better off just using the website. You cannot fill out forms for groups of travelers. One wrong tap and you'll never be able to progress to the next page because the on-screen keyboard would forever hide the Continue button. SpTH generates a QR at the end of the process and it would make a lot of sense to just allow one to save it to the Wallet app, but SpTH doesn't support that, despite featuring Wallet integration on SpTH page in SpTH Store.

I am down loading SpTH now at the behest of the US consulate in Spain. I am traveling to Spain this year. My immediate reaction to SpTH ’s description is confusion. When do I provide my health information? At the 48 hour mark before arrival? But I am ineligible at any other hour.

There needs to be a “within 48 hours” or “no later than 48 hours before” in the description.

Maybe SpTH will make the hour requirement clear. I would expect the need for my health data would be mo later than 48 hours.

I have had a horrible time with SpTH first on computer then in app on phone. There is no one to call snd they don’t EVER answer the emails at the address they provide don’t bother.

This is very difficult for older folks who by the way comprise much of the tourist population.

I am in the ground less than 2 hours and have already spent longer than that trying to get this to work.

I don’t believe the rating they must pay people to write good things.

I have never been to Spain and after this experience I am crossing it off my list

Great job scaring away older travelers.

No option to hide keyboard and the keyboard comes in the way of the submit button. Also constantly glitches out of screen.

There’s no way to know progress or how many more things need to be completed. Overall, very poor design and barely useable user interface.

I filled up most of the form on the website… than decided to download SpTH … i read the reviews and thought OH COME ITS AN APP HAS TO BE EASY…😖😖 i was wrong and the bad reviews were right 🤣🤣 it crashes and it won’t open… not to mention when you press the “my trip tab” SpTH it closes itself.

The ultimate bureaucratic jailhouse. You are punished for every tiny mistake by having to go back and re-enter most of the form only to get a “Try again later” message. You have to do this for every family member at the airport, because it requires you to enter your seat assignment, which the airline won’t provide until you are checked in. Better get there with plenty of time. Not a very welcoming start of the trip.

After spending half an hour filling every form, fighting to find the “Continue” button on each page, I finally get to the end just to get an message saying “The form could no be created. A form already exists for the specified data”.

What? Where is that other existing form? What do I do now? Useless

After two years of pandemic it still complicated to fill put all the forms for a family; no option to group family members an use the same info, “Save” buttons shaded by forms with no way to get to click on them easily, poor autocomplete for the cities, zip codes that are not saved, etc…. come on developers after 2 years still…

We are traveling in Spain from the United States. Because we are not from the European Union, even though we have these documents on our phones, and all of us have been vaccinated, every time they are scanned they come up as restricted. They won’t let us eat at restaurants, or go into certain businesses. It’s incredibly frustrating. The scans only work for people within the European Union.

SpTH has had fundamental and basic flaws since the beginning which have never been addressed by the Devs. It is incredibly improbable that SpTH has 4.5 stars with real reviews. Extremely doubtful.

- The ‘continue’ button remain hidden many times during use.
- Information is repeated multiple times
- SpTH does not remember the user, so every single time I travel I must reenter the same info (name, ID, address, etc).
- Address fields are so limited both in # of characters and the inability to use punctuation that it is impossible to put in a correct address, which defeats the purpose of the form (tracking).
- Using any of the check boxes in the ‘Address where you will be staying’ sections causes errors. The only option is to manually complete this section.

On the PLUS side, there is an interesting and undocumented feature is to import the Covid certificate into Applewallet using a complex and roundabout process in ‘My Trips’ -> ‘My DCCs’.

When filling out the form, SpTH prompted me to enter flight arrival date (in my case, the 11th of the month). Clicking continue, the arrival date is greyed out and now showing the 10th of the month. Clicking continue adds my DCC to the “My Trips” tab and now shows the arrival date as the 9th of the month. There’s no way for me to correct this as SpTH continues to change the date to a different day than selected.

It’s basic and needs to have some info saved for future uses and also it would be nice to add kids under one adult. It has multiple bugs in and out of the software but never the less SpTH is useful.

Doesn’t remember all of the relevant information and it’s also challenging to hit the “Continue” button at the bottom.

Not sure why the other reviews were so low. Maybe it was before bug fixes. My experience was easy and straightforward. I like that I could start and come back to my trip 48 hours before travel. That is very convenient.

Just follow the instructions and it’s a piece of cake. You can fill out most of the information anytime and go back and complete the rest 48 hours before your trip.

For family trips with the same destination and home address, suggest adding an option to duplicate entries with those details. Otherwise, very easy to use

SpTH works well and is a great way of making travel safe and easy. I have used it three times and each time it has worked flawlessly. Just be patient, follow instructions and it will all be fine.

This is a logical procedure and important to continue following through, I feel safe and everyone else remains safe, in the end it’s a cost effective process we need to continue with these methods so that people and travelers become responsible when visiting a country.

1- introducir una opción donde se pueda indicar que el usuario es residente en España, así al identificar la dirección de residencia permanente se puede poner como la dirección de llegada a España. Actualmente si se reside en España y se regresa a esa dirección hay que llenar 2 veces la misma información

2- el país en el número de teléfono de contacto debería por default el de Espana y luego poder seleccionar otro país, la mayoría de los usuarios serán nacionales o residentes españoles.

3- al colocar el número de DNI no permite poner el carácter alfabético al final de la numeración, como aparece en el documento. Hay que ponerlo al inicio en la APP.

4-añadir una casilla para familias que viajen juntas ya que todos menores estarán a cargo del responsable y tendrán, en la mayoría de los casos la misma dirección de llegada a España. Actualmente hay que rellenar la misma información varías veces.

Debería haber una manera de marcar una casilla para familias que viajan juntas y que tienen el mismo lugar de residencia email etc, para no tener que rellenar.
