Filed form when I get to get QR code press button I am human the form could not be created please try again later

Can someone please tell me how I get this QR code it keeps saying Already exists it doesnt

I have a new phone and cannot find your email with my form identifier and code. i cannot get into my SPTH form and finish completing it. I travel on Saturday 26th March. What do i need to do please?

My partner and I have been filling in the first part of the SpTH form but when we tried to go back into the form and fill in the details it tells me that I am already registered but will not allow me to go any further. What do I do?

Hi, I need urgent help. I was supposed to receive an email with a document ID number and a passcode to continue the SPTH.GOV.ES registration but did not receive such mail. I of course have checked my spam mail several times and confirmed that my mail address is correct. I did my wifes and she received hers within seconds. I tried to call +34 910 503050 but that automated system si worthless. Any idea what to do?

The drop down menus do not work in the web browser and in the app it dose not register my hotel address, in total a disaster. Already missed a flight because of that. I don’t understand why with a eu certificate of my vaccination and my passport I still can’t travel inside the borders of the EU.

Cannot get QR code after completing form as it says form could not be created as one already exists. Very frustrating

The form will not accept my mobile number. I have set the region code to +44 and enter the remaining digits, in the box. It says it is not in the correct format but doesn't tell me what the correct format should be.

HEllo, I have 2 names on my ID card and I only have 1 name on my CovidPass...this error implies that I did not correctly fill in the spth formula and therefore not allowed to travel (on saturday). Attempted 10 times to complete form will not accept states form unfinished complete all health questions which have been completed in full

Made a mess of my spTH form and cannot start again but cannot retrieve the one already started. I can retrieve the one for a flight last week but cancelled flight. We fly out to Spain on 22nd September and I am feeling so stressed.

I am trying to submit my infirmation to get my QR code but it keeps saying error form already exists, first time i submitted my form i forgot to put me seat number in soo went back to the form and put in my seat number and then re submitted the form and this is when i was getting the error message

Can you please help as we are concerned to correctly complete our forms. 1) We have both done separate forms on our iPhones, is that OK? 2) My wife’s middle name is on her passport. Her middle name has also been entered on the Spanish SPTH Application. The (NHS) Covid pass doesn’t show her middle name. 3) What button do we fill in when we input our details. Do we click the EU certificate or other, as the UK isn’t in Europe anymore. (We are UK residents). 4). If we make a mistake, are we able to edit the form? Can you please help? Many thanks

Made a mistake at the beginning , went back to correct it and now says the form could not be created , a form already exists for the specified data. What can i do to sort this out ??

So i filled in the form in the app. for family but now above the qr code it says fast control child. And person travelling is not a child , does this matter ? Because i cant delete it to take the form again nor can i change it.

Reinstalled the App, did the form 3 times, restarted the phone and still > Error, the form could not be created. Please try again later...

At the end of the form it says there is a problem with your server, I fly within 48 hour please can you help

For all of you having problems with error code and then buffering....try deleting app and re starting your form it worked for us.

For 1 is the app good and recieve a QR but now trying for hours fot the other 3 members we recieve :"Error the form could not be created try later” SO FRUSTRATING!

Flying Saturday and just about to throw in the towel. Super stressful! App is rubbish and won’t let me get QR code. Along with the hoops we’ve jumped through I’m at the end of what I can take. Something to vital is an absolute disaster. I’m done!

Got up to creating QR code then showed me pictures asking me to identify some, then it said couldnt be created and now the app appears to be defunct and does not allow me into the app at all!!
