I threw out the QR code

Sometimes when I hit the ball it doesn't count it for example if I hit it 6 times it will only say 3
Ball doesn't register on my hits. I made it the right length. Tried the long way too. It only registered when I swing the ball into something really hard. But punches don't work no matter how hard I punch.

I can’t create a username
App not working. It does not send me an email to reset the password. Nothing is happening. Help!
The app doesn’t seem to be working, it’s just hanging on the choose username step, not moving forward, have restarted several times. Have a grumpy boy here trying to use his Xmas present!
