I have downloaded the app. It will not fully open after being downloaded. It simply buffers. I have deleted and downloaded again. Please assist. Thank you.

How to fix FitHer app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FitHer app on iPhone
Update FitHer app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FitHer iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FitHer on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FitHer network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FitHer Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FitHer not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FitHer App
1. On android, goto Settings » FitHer » click [Force Stop]

Update FitHer to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FitHer App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FitHer » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FitHer.

Fix FitHer unable to contact server/ FitHer internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FitHer » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FitHer » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FitHer
