App freezes on orange splash screen when loading. Steps to reproduce: * Setup: iOS 16.2 (20C65), iPhone 13 mini (MLHP3LL/A, Orange Theory App v 4.0.4 * Install app onto device. It works properly on first launch. * When prompted, enable Apple Health permissions (all) * Upon next restart of the app, it will freeze on the orange launch screen. Steps to work around (make it launch properly): * In Settings, go to Health app permissions * Disable Orange Theory permission to read workout data. * Restart the app * After restricting Orange Theory app's permission and disallowing it to read workout data, it will launch properly.

Orange theory app has stopped working. It opens, but anything I click it gets stuck and never opens another screen. I’ve tried updating, restarting, removed app and reinstalled. No luck. This has been going on for a week!

My orange theory fitness app will not open. It just gets stuck on the orange screen with the logo. I have updated my IOS, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I cannot get it to work.

I'm trying to fix the OTF app on my wife's phone. Marisa Lucas has been a member for about 4 years and has been using the OTF app to sign up for classes. Last week the app wouldn't let her log on and got a popup saying that her account has been disabled in the app store and Itunes. Tried restarting phone - nothing. Deleted OTF app and tried reloading but keep getting same "account has been disabled in the app store and Itunes. " message. PLease help. Thank you, Mark Lucas

I deleted my app to reinstall becuz it wouldn’t allow me to book my classes. The apple App Store says the orange theory app is not available now. How do I reinstall the app on my apple phone?
