I changed the auto-pay a few months ago to another account through the app, but not on the desktop website, and it didn’t update. I thought it was ok, to update through app, but the app didn’t link to the website? I guess? Because it’s still autopay from the old card. Just make sure that if you are going to change the autopay cards to do it through the website, don’t trust the app will make the changes for you.

Neither App nor full site will display a breakdown of my monthly payment (principle / interest / escrow)! This is an important basic feature for monthly accounting & tax purposes!
Every other lender I’ve worked with offers this ridiculously simple function. With homepoint, i can’t even call-up a monthly statement in the app. True junk.

I’m enrolled in the flex pay bi-weekly program. That should not prevent me from making any extra payments when I choose to do so. However the app won’t allow it. Pretty dumb that they can’t fix a simple issue. It’s been 6 months of going back and forth with their app development team.
