Sold two pairs and on two occasions it has cancelled and it was said that my shoes were not in there. This is a lie I sent the shoes and I believe it might have been stolen by the warehouse.

My sale was canceled know I don’t see my sneakers in inventory

Easily one of the worst selling apps out there! The only thing worse is the customer service and dishonesty from the staff. Ever notice how every single pair of rare or expensive shoes somehow has a verification problem? They are constantly forcing you to offer a discount and when you refuse you get the pleasure of waiting nearly 2 weeks for you to get your shoes back! I believe employees are buying the shoes flagging verification issues on the shoes to force discounts and then reselling for their own personal gain! I have had it happen on at least 3 separate pairs. Use eBay, use macari hell even stockx is better! But avoid these guys at all cost because they will screw you, take advantage and them push the blame on you!

I sold a shoe on the app and it saying it’s issues with the verification for my sale for 3 days but hasn’t told me what’s wrong with my sale and it’s not giving me a option to get my shoes back sent to my house

Hi, I posted an order for shoes I was selling it’s been around a month and I still haven’t received my money. all it says is that my shoes are with alias. Therefore I ask how long is it going to take to get my money as waiting for months is ridiculous as I am a student and need it. Thank you

Hi, I listed a pair of Jordan 11 Cool Greys on alias but I accidentally listed size 5.5Y Ps when it should have been 5.5Y Gs- this caused alias to cancel my order and gave me the option to store it. I chose the option to store the shoe at the Alias warehouse in Uk and then created a new listing for the correct size but Alias doesn’t seem to recognise that I do not have the shoe as they have them stored - what should I do from here? Please help.

Recently sent a pair of off white Jordan 4 sail and now it’s like I’m blocked out of my account. I put in the correct password and even tried to change it but it won’t let me. So am I getting my shoes back ??

Hello I need help so basically I made a sale I’ve shipped the shoe they verified but they said shoes are wet they refunded the buyer they I can leave the shoes with alias or get them back I didn’t won’t to spend $9 dollar on shipping so I consigned my shoes to them but they still haven’t listed the item should be worried?

Anyone know how to get a response from Alias Customer Service? I am simply trying to change my phone number and the request is now 1 week old. I’m less than impressed.

I purchased a pair of shoes for $250 which included the $12 to ship them to me. I specifically chose and paid to have them sent to me NOT put into GOAT storage. But that is where they still sit because the app is trash. I go to storage and click on ship to me and NOTHING happens. I contact support get a generic response telling me to do what I've already tried a bunch of times. AND THEN THEY CHARGE ME FOR SHIPPING AGAIN another $12 and still they sit in their storage, supposedly. I keep contacting support keep getting the generic automated answer. So I look online for a number and call it. It's just a recording stating due to covid bla bla bla. COVID HAS BEEN OVER AND EVERYONE BEEN BACK TO WORK so that is real lame excuse to ignore customers. I filed a dispute with my bank stating I have not received my item. That got GOATs attention. Smdh but now they refuse to talk to me cuz of the dispute, but could easily resolve the issue and dispute by sending me what I paid for. Still they sit in storage. GOAT IS A DAMN SCAM
