It says to update the info for the app and it literally wont let me. I get to the screen that says start and if you push on ,or try to swipe it so it starts and updates the app it does nothing

My app won't save alarm time data so i can't set alarms, when I press save, the app closes. Also, when I use the back button, the app just closes. I really like the accuracy of the functions, but i can't set things like alarms. I have a motorola G7 Power

I have my phone CX20X allready for some time. Vey often I have to correct the sleeping time; Until now it worked for the get up time. NOW the last week I have a message :"Error feedback" quite permanently. I cannot correct even for Get up time.

How to fix Zeroner Fit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Zeroner Fit app on iPhone
Update Zeroner Fit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Zeroner Fit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Zeroner Fit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Zeroner Fit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Zeroner Fit Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Zeroner Fit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Zeroner Fit App
1. On android, goto Settings » Zeroner Fit » click [Force Stop]

Update Zeroner Fit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Zeroner Fit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Zeroner Fit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Zeroner Fit.

Fix Zeroner Fit unable to contact server/ Zeroner Fit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Zeroner Fit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Zeroner Fit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Zeroner Fit
