I am getting no invitations to do a survey and every time I log on it says there are no survey for me. this has been going on for a few days - never happened before

Not able to login to app suddenly, getting error message that looks like something went wrong at our end meaning at LifePoints end please advise how to fix

Hello, It's been a month since the last time I redeemed my lifepoints because the rewards page doesn't work. I have deleted cookies and clear cache several times but nothing yet. I have contacted them several times and they' are telling me that they're working on it. I don't know what to think.

I can't redeem my points because the page rewards.lifepointspanel.com is down. The message is: error too many redirects. I have done everything, delete cookies, clear cache but the problem remains. There has to do with the server. I have contacted several times but nothing yet

I cannot use your app it was working fine until this morning when it renewed through the play store now it won't open. When I normally used it I hardly ever seen any surveys . Thanks for now I will log in with out the app. Thanks!

App is frozen. Says take survey but locks up.

The surveys open but are not loading (not on computer or mobile) and those that do do not have the correct format.

Life points wont let me redeem it keeps saying unable to process at this time try back again later it's been saying that for two days also there hasn't been any new surveys

Hello, when using the App, everytime I select a survey it doesn't load, instead I get an error message stating that your server couldn't read my request as the header exceeds the size limit. Is there a fix fir this? Thanks

Cannot login says it needs update but when I try to update it just says update pending

I have logged in the app and through via web browser google chrome and I keep getting the same error message. “Looks like your session expired. Code: 1234H3”. Please fix this for me

Lifepoints site has been freezing after EVERY SURVEY I take for part 3 weeks. I Have to keep logging back in.

I have the same problem. I have been with life points for a few years, tried to log in on the 21 May. I have been locked out of my account, so emailed and was told i was in violation of terms. I also do not believe that i have not done anything wrong. I did email again for clarification of the suppo... Just emailed again and hope to hear back, as i have a good amount in the account and now cant claim it."

Just made lifepoint redemption to paypal, then went to log in for survey invite, but not able to? Sent email to them, got reply saying my account cancelled for violation of terms of rewards etc., and yet I've not done anything wrong? Have emailed them for clarrification and resintating of account ...
