Doesn’t work

I’ve submitted my ID verification 10 times. It seems to submit, loads the Home Screen but when I try to check in it doesn’t let me.
I’ve closed Virdee and reopened, restated my phone, all of it and no dice. Something that was supposed to be convenient is very much not.

Scanning feature for ID verification doesn’t work

I’ve tried for an hour to check in on Virdee . I can’t get past the ID/credit Card scan to verify identity.
