Honestly, I used to like PaySii to send money to my family members in Somalia as well in Kenya. But, lately my family in Kenya have a problem collecting their money in dollars instead they are getting Kenyan shilling without the correct exchange rates. this app is already charging me fees to send my money and again they want to short handed the funds to my family and I ask why the double charges ?? If Taaj don’t want to give the dollar money than they should exchange the same rate as the people outside. It’s better to send our money thru Sendwave and no charges to me and my family will receive current market rate of exchange. You will lose a lot of customers if you don’t stop the double charges.

I got logged out of my this app account I don’t know why and my wife in Ohio made an account to she can’t log in as well I even tried her account on my phone it doesn’t work as well I believe there might be some technical difficulties on your end you guys should fix it and kindly you guys can permanently delete my account and that of my wife we will use other platforms to transfer the money PaySii is not worth it and if you guys restore the account leave me an email. Thank you once again and your customer service is poor as well you guys should work on that as well the worst customer service ever

My friend tell me how good PaySii works but it’s not everybody I try sand to 2 dollar to see if it’s work what my friend telling me but it’s not good every time I call them the ask oh I don’t have ID and the tell me oh put ur ID and I’m doing almost a week and nothing fix almost a week and And if u call the keep saying oh put ur ID thank god I try two dollar. I ask the lady what else I can do because it’s not working my ID and my passport and she keep saying oh can u try nothing fix up to now.

The rate is convenient, PaySii is not bad even though it takes time for the recipient to receive the money, it mostly doesn’t work on mobile data, so if you’re a traveler or you don’t have Wi-Fi access this is not your App! The customer support team is totally Zero, looks like they don’t even know what you’re complaining about, no matter how hard you explain the issue to them they will still tell you to do the same thing you told them you tried.

Today, I made two separate calls to the company regarding an issue I'm having with saving my payment card. Both times, the representatives gave me the runaround and failed to provide a helpful solution. One of them even suggested that I try saving my Visa card as a Mastercard, which clearly shows a lack of understanding about the differences between the two networks.

The whole point of using PaySii is to make transactions more convenient, but I'm frustrated that they can't even save my card information in their database. This makes it much less convenient than it should be.

PaySii is going to be a useless. Payments are not going through with an error message PAYMENT FAILED. I had reported this issue to their customer service rep LAST WEEK and I was told someone will let me know when they have resolved the problem. No one has reached out to me yet. I will have to look for a different a remittance service option to transfer my money.

I called customer service and they told me to call my bank okay?
I called my bank and they told me it's not their end.
I called this app again and told them that the issue is not my bank and the lady asked the last 4 digit of my card and I gave her and she told me that my card was inactive and I said I literally used hours ago for different transactions and it worked fine and she couldn't believe me and when I asked for a Supervisor she said she was the Supervisor so my was never solved and I had to move and use a different App called worldremit and sent all the money all the friends and families that I wanted to send and it was quicker and cheaper!!!!!!!

I will not advised you to use PaySii, I had a very bad experience using PaySii for my first time. I tried to send money in back home (Somalia) and it didn’t work. I’ve been calling them more than 10hrs and every time they were telling me some excuse. Fist time they told me I need to upload some documents after I have done that they told me they having some technical issues, even tho they didn’t motion that before. After 10hrs of headache I decided to get my refund money back and I’m still waiting.

As a Semi Truck Driver PaySii gives me hard time to use when I’m on the road away from home state. And customer service will tell you restart your phone so that any state they have a license with them would work but that’s not true. I tried many times and different years but as I called them couple minutes ago, the issue still exists.

I like to send on PaySii but if I am not connected to WIFI it won’t let me send. If i am using my Mobile Data it will show a pop up message “this feature is not available in your region yet”. Please fi this issue it is becoming a pain and preventing us from sending money back home to relatives waiting on funds.

I have been a loyal this app user since its inception and truly appreciate their competitive rates. The convenience of supporting my family back home in Somalia is unmatched. I especially admire how the company drops their rates every year during Ramadan, reflecting their generosity and commitment to their customers.

Although PaySii glitches occasionally, I understand the vital work they are doing, and it doesn’t take away from the excellent service they provide. I will continue to use this app with confidence and gratitude.

I use long time other services. But they keep increasing the fees and also speed they send money is getting bad. One thing I love is when you put phone number this app will show you name of the person. So you will make mistakes send the money wrong person. I did before it was difficult to get my money back. Thanks this app. I wish I know long time ago.

Had issues in the beginning but they are coming along well so far. Great job on adding the ability to save card. Next step: please add option to bundle transfers to one transaction- meaning allow to select each recipient and respective amounts then move to processing card ONCE for all selected recipients

To be honest they’re getting better and better each other day lol before it used to take longer after you sent it to arrive in the phone of the receiver but now it takes a couple minutes and also you don’t have to call them just wait or give a couple of minutes so you gonna receive a notification of your transfer

I love PaySii and their customer service. They are so professional and calm when things don’t out for me. I really appreciate the time, money and energy they save for my family. Thank you guys and May Allah bless your business 🌺🙏🏾

This is a great App and I use it all the time. And it is very convenient and their customer services are wonderful and they are Always willing to help when you issue with PaySii . I would highly recommend PaySii. It saves me money and time.

I’m not one to ever write reviews but PaySii has saved me so much time and energy. Thank u so much for this looking forward to future updates and features for now I’d suggest adding Apple Pay as an option.

It’s the best application I have used for money transfer so far. What’s I like about it is very quick and convenience to use. It’s quick and simple. Way to go Pay Sii.

I like PaySii so far, everything is smooth so far and the money I send is actually received on the other end. One issue I have is the payments method, they need to add a payment setting where you can easily switch your cards. Other then that I like PaySii .
