Whomever thought of the new UI update, i just want to say you should find a new career. You made everything all “pretty” but functional wise it is more useless than ever before. Please before you make changes such as these, find someone with half a brain and ask them for a second opinion. I cannot stress how angry i am with the useless mobile and ipad apps now, let me try on pc. Hopefully your “talented devs” havent touched it yet and made it something much worse

I’m a paid subscriber to unusual whales, but I typically use the web app, which is great. The mobile app needs to be removed or completely redone. Extremely clunky and formatted differently than the web app. My main complaint is that i get logged out every time I go to a new page, ie…..login, lookup a symbol, get data, then if you navigate away from this page it will require you to log in again, can’t even search another symbol. If you’re in a pinch away from your computer and think you’ll be able to track flow from UnusualWhales, just forget it.

I wanted to try this software because certain people on Twitter make a big deal about it.

The software is very glitchy, is missing a lot of information that does show in other subscriptions, it has way too much information, making it so complicated to just focus on option flow.

It is the worst options data. Ridiculous and sad subscription I ever had to use in my life. No wonder they don’t accept refunds. They should be reported.

It lists the 52 week high for Nvidia as $195 on both the mobile app and the website. Nvidia stock has never reached this price. If it can’t get the basic bare bones data correct, why am I supposed to trust the more advance gamma exposure and volatility charts?

Otherwise, I like the interface and a lot of the features but I find it very off-putting that I noticed this one day after signing up for UnusualWhales .

Really love this service and it’s an excellent value for all the access to tools and updates.

My main pain points with UnusualWhales are the inability to edit my notifications on mobile devices. This feature stopped working a few months back on the website and has not been resolved. It really hurts my usage of UnusualWhales because I have to log in on a desktop anytime I want to tweak my alerts. It would be great to be able to do it within UnusualWhales , but UnusualWhales itself really needs some UX improvements overall to get more in line with the web experience.

I want to be able to see the futures contract and options on the futures like ES and NQ.
Also add some more features like gexbot. Being able to draw important levels that can act as resistance/support is essential.

UW is hands down one of the best services out there BUT… the iPad app DESPERATELY needs a landscape mode. It’s 2022 for Pete’s sake, not 2014. Update it.

Net flow page second section call/put premium the blue border lines directly in site on the call premium # - unable to view on app.

Same for mkt tide section. Also flow alerts unable to view info as it’s overlapping as well.

I haven’t had a chance to really dig into it, but much better than the previous update.

Unusual Whales is truly exceptional, and the team behind it is remarkable. They continually innovate with new ways to enhance the filtering process, and I can't express enough how wonderful it is to be a part of the UW community!

UW is a game changer in helping to uncover the mysteries of the option world. UnusualWhales is incredible, the development team just the best. I love Unusual Whales. The most positive force in retail trading today. I had a bug on my app, UW & Snorlax got with me personally and saw it thru…. You cant ask for better service. Constant updates and upgrades and rich in information. UnusualWhales WILL help you to the next level of trading. Period. Bar none. Best app available

Appreciate the work that the devs put into developing the mobile app. It is definitely impressive considering they are a small company. With that being said, there is some room for improvement on the mobile app, but I am confident they will improve it as they are able.

Huge fan of their web service and am grateful I can have access on mobile as well.

This bot and it’s algos will set you up for tremendous success provided you take time to learn how smart money buys, how the buying and selling interacts with the overall market, and what the big bets mean.

There are so many ways UnusualWhales lets you access important data that should you spend a few hours each weekend developing your individual trading strategy, you’re almost GUARANTEED to find some extra money in your pockets.

Update: I figured that I needed to adjust my Custom Alerts on the web first — I am getting notification on UnusualWhales now, thanks!

I somehow stopped getting all push notifications (for flow plus my custom alerts) on UnusualWhales sometime ago. All notifications settings appears to be on on my end, so I am at a loss as to why I don’t get any notifications on iOS. Any help would be highly appreciated!

The owner finds the most unusual options with the help of a bot and gives you some of the best picks with labels to help you decide whether or not you want to purchase, there are many great winning picks on here but you still must analyze and sort the ones that are truly winners, last week BA was shown on here and went from $1 an option to $28!!!!!! Not all were winners theres some that just drop but you must adjust your strike price and expiration aim for singles and not home runs and you should excel!!!!!!

UnusualWhales /product isn’t perfect, but it is constantly improving thanks to a dedicated owner intent on providing the best service to the retail trader.

I’d love to see a more streamlined dashboard with side bar chat to minimize the number of screens we bounce between, similar to flowalgo.
