How to fix Attendant app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Attendant app on iPhone
Update Attendant app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Attendant iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Attendant on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Attendant network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Attendant Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Attendant not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Attendant App
1. On android, goto Settings » Attendant » click [Force Stop]

Update Attendant to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Attendant App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Attendant » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Attendant.

Fix Attendant unable to contact server/ Attendant internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Attendant » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Attendant » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Attendant
