Downloaded Breeze since my card expired. Went to Hawks game at Chamblee station and the 2 gates that didn’t say out of order wouldn’t read my phone so ended up buying a one way ticket. When coming home at Peachtree Center, all 5 gates that had phone reader wouldn’t read my phone. Ended up buying a this app card. It has worked in the past but when it did it’s much slower than the card.

I love using my phone to buy tickets and use to get through turnstiles. However, they need to implement bulk ticket discounts like the ones you get when purchasing 10+ on a this app card.

A bonus would be implementing Apple wallet transit cards.

I tried buying 4 different tickets they take the money from my account but don’t give me the ticket. And gives me my money back after 5 minutes

Y’all got some nerves talking about “reach out to us” I already did a while ago. If y’all need some new IT specialist that actually work lmk. I’ll outperform every person on that team. Cause obviously none of y’all do y’all job the right way.

Breeze is garbage. It only wants to work when it wants to, constantly throws random errors and even says it’s “not connected” when I clearly have internet connection. Unstable, constant crashes and errors, and general unreliability make Breeze ironically exactly as efficient as MARTA. That is to say, it isn’t at all. Fix your app, bozos.

App works decently well and never had a problem scanning in. But there’s no option to get bulk discounts like you can at the kiosk with physical cards. They need to implement this ASAP, it’s such an easy add too.

It’s stupid that you have to wait until one ticket expires to use the next one. Like I only have to go to the store I don’t have time to wait four hours for the ticket to be available. Besides from that it’s fine

The ticket is saved as active and easily scannable or just read by a bus driver if there is no scan available.

My app won’t let me sign in. I have tickets that are worth almost $20 and I can’t even access them. I wish I can show a screenshot but it is an error message. Please fix soon. Thank you.

The moment I downloaded Breeze I tried to sign up for an account only for an error message to say I already had an account, so I tried to reset my password and sign in using the new password, but only came up with another error saying I was an unregistered user.

This online this app card takes FOREVER IF, IF it even scans on Marta station matachines. VERY annoying! Other than that it works if you’re JUST taking the buss.

I loved the idea of Breeze for Atlanta because now a days no one seems to carry cash on them and you don’t always want to make a trip to the station just to run some errands. I was hoping Breeze would be the solution to that but it doesn’t even work. It doesn’t accept my payments and always refunds me instead of giving me the ticket. I also tried Breeze on an old android of mines today to see if it’ll work but no dice! Please fix this problem I would really love a simple and easy way to pay for faire. 2 out of 5 stars. I’m glad it exists but I wish it would work.

A waste of space on my phone. One of those apps you download then immediately delete.

Breeze doesn’t even work. Don’t bother

requires an account and sign-up is very buggy, challenging. app/website throws lots of errors. doesn’t integrate with apple pay. i gave up and used a ticket vending machine.

Couldn’t add to apple wallet

I was just on the this app Card website and added some money and thought it might be convenient to have an app. Searched, found, downloaded, tried to sign in and it said my username and password were incorrect. Note this was directly after just logging into the website and adding money with the same credentials. Deleted. Why am I not surprised?
