- My card was declined (for an online purchase so I didn’t have that embarrassment in store at least) but I had paid the card in full and the payment and available credit had cleared.

- The app itself is very glitchy too.

- You can’t get anyone to pick up when calling customer service during advertised business hours.

- If you’re lucky enough to get anyone to answer the “live chat”, there are some representatives who are rude and unhelpful.

- Then, after they freeze your card with no warning or explanation, they close your account with, again, no warning or explanation.

- Communication is lacking and the app and website is nowhere close to functional.

- You can’t simply add or remove your own bank accounts.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Tomo Card app issues:

Force Stop the Tomo Card App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Tomo Card app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Tomo Card to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tomo Card App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Tomo Card app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Tomo Card.

Fix Tomo Card unable to contact server/ Tomo Card internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Tomo Card » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Tomo Card » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
