- My card was declined (for an online purchase so I didn’t have that embarrassment in store at least) but I had paid the card in full and the payment and available credit had cleared.
- The app itself is very glitchy too.
- You can’t get anyone to pick up when calling customer service during advertised business hours.
- If you’re lucky enough to get anyone to answer the “live chat”, there are some representatives who are rude and unhelpful.
- Then, after they freeze your card with no warning or explanation, they close your account with, again, no warning or explanation.
- Communication is lacking and the app and website is nowhere close to functional.
- You can’t simply add or remove your own bank accounts.
