This company is the worse company for customer support. My card has been locked since August and they were supposed to issue me a new one. But they keep telling me no new card are being issued at this time. But they still are withdrawing $8.99 out of my checking account every month. If this keeps up, I will take it one set forward with legal action.

I need a real live person to call me on my cell at 678-358-4888 and discuss my new card. I am getting bullshit responses via chat and email and I've been waiting on my new card to arrive and being told no replacements are sent but yet to activate my card. I tried to activate my old card and it failed so now I have the inability to use my card which I did regularly. I need a new card, answers and someone to talk to. Your customer support is piss poor and board line a scam.

Tomo is the worst to ever try and get a hold of a customer service person.. I’ve called them numerous times and all I get is a automated voice message system to leave a message.. not to mention email replies non stop and yet I get no where.. I have tried multiple times to try and update my bank account information cause my bank account was hacked and it wouldn’t allow me to change my information.. I’ve tried multiple times calling them and emailing them and yet I get no where.. and because I couldn’t change my information so my payment could process through the new account they destroyed my credit report they dropped my credit score from 562 to 514 that’s so insane I can’t believe they did that to me.. it’s crazy how can they do that when it’s their fault I’ve done everything I could to reach out to them to help me get my information updated.. they totally screwed up my credit score not only with them but all other credit reporting agencies as well.. can anyone help me out here please

My card was declined (for an online purchase so I didn’t have that embarrassment in store at least) but I had paid the card in full and the payment and available credit had cleared. I tried to use it a couple more times online, still declined. So I contact support and they tell me my card is frozen because my account is under review. But they won’t tell me why it’s under review or when my card will be unfrozen. I think it’s been about a week now.

The app itself is very glitchy too. If you make a payment and it says there was an error, just close out the app, wait a few minutes, and open it again. It will most likely show your payment went through. If you don’t close out the app and just try to make the payment again, then it will likely pull a double payment and they won’t refund your double payment - they’ll say it’ll just count as extra available credit. Never mind if that screws up your budget for what’s in your bank account.

I get that this is a “startup company”, but the they’re terrible to work with. You can’t get anyone to pick up when calling customer service during advertised business hours. If you’re lucky enough to get anyone to answer the “live chat”, there are some representatives who are rude and unhelpful. Then, after they freeze your card with no warning or explanation, they close your account with, again, no warning or explanation. Communication is lacking and the app and website is nowhere close to functional. You can’t simply add or remove your own bank accounts.. you have to contact “support” (and I place support in quotations because this team is actually not supportive at all). Do not waste your time.

The ads about the card are misleading. Promotes $10k and got $250. Asks me to make 12 months of payments weekly to raise my credit line. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s better to get secured card or low credit limit credit card, pay full each month which helps with your credit score. I will report this company, and dispute to credit bureaus.
