I can’t past the dog running on my Jacquie Lawson e card app and view e-cards on any selection , Furthermore I can’t even view the e card my friend emailed me from Jacquie Lawson ! When I receive an email telling me my note has been sent or received, or more importantly, I receive a thank you note, I can't see it. When I click on the message it is a blank screen. This has just started over the past few days. I would like to be able to read the complete message when I click on the email, as I used to be able to do. Please help restore this function.

So why do I keep using your service? Why do I cite those email addresses to which I'd like to send cards, then GET NO CONFIRMATION of cards sent OR find that I'm not able, once denoting my addressees, to re-connect with the process and complete the transactions? Your new email site/process is, for me, certainly NOT USER FRIENDLY. And, I'm guessing, I'm not the first customer to convey this info to you. Right?

Dear Jaquie Lawson To send any card from my IPad is impossible since you have started new format of choosing selection. After choosing a card which is partly visible (only have of the actual card) there is no way to access to see the chosen card let alone the section of details addressee and sender.I have brought this matter to attention last week but had no response.Regards B.Riedel

Dear Reader, I want to send invitations and notes but the copy I type does not transfer correctly when sent. The words are out of alignment or missing from the card. I may as well cancel if I can't send invitations or notes with correct wording placement. Please help ASAP . I have tried so many , many times but it never comes out as I have typed. I have tried multiple times to renew my subscription but am told to check the details I have entered. I am using the same credit card I used two years ago. All that has changed is the security code ( Nationwide security ) I no longer remember the out of date security code so cannot try that but as no other site on which I use the same card has had problems adjusting to the new code I am at a loss. I shall be extremely sad not to be able to renew. Is it a glitch on the new version?
