When I receive an email telling me my note has been sent or received, or more importantly, I receive a thank you note, I can't see it. When I click on the message it is a blank screen. So why do I keep using your service? Why do I cite those email addresses to which I'd like to send cards, then GET NO CONFIRMATION of cards sent OR find that I'm not able, once denoting my addressees, to re-connect with the process and complete the transactions? Your new email site/process is, for me, certainly NOT USER FRIENDLY. And, I'm guessing, I'm not the first customer to convey this info to you. Right?
