The charting features on DX are a joke. Tons of people are you going to start using this platform for prop accounts, myself included. So please if anyone is seeing this update your platform to have a better chart view for trading in the vertical view. As it is currently the chart is tiny up at the top and doesn’t zoom well or have much visible detail. This will make it substantially harder to quickly enter trades quickly live. Also is there an option for one-click trading on DX ? Not currently seeing that either. Just my thoughts, I hope they make some major improvements.
This is not a professional product. Well, maybe it is.. If I could log in with the credentials that get me into my account on the web app I could give a more informed review. But, as others have said, it’s not working. Compared to MT5 it’s like… feeling great vs having ebola. The web app does seem decent, but you have to realize that a large number of users are being forced into this now expecting the quality of the MT5 iOS app. suddenly the only option is a desktop web app. it’s a sour taste.
Go to MT5 management & production team sit down and start taking notes. You have a lot of traders in the US that are given no option but to use DXtrade. The performance seen and given to traders throughout the whole dxtrade timeline has been very poor and is letting the whole trading community down. Unable to fill trades, delays, random log outs and so many more problems it makes me want to move out the US just to be able to use MT5. Take DX down and shut DXtrade down and reevaluate the whole production, you guys say you are working on it but very minimal changes have been made at all. It would make you guys more money and use more money this is unacceptable. Do better.
DX is horrible I can’t even log into my account when I open it. It won’t pass through the DXtrade logo unless 🤦🏽♂️
Can’t even login or get a hold of any there website is not good either extremely dissatisfied
Whoever created this platform not smart. All you had to do was copy everything MQ app has and paste. Smh
This new app is very difficult to use . You can’t really do much with the mobile chart . This is not a good app.

Not user friendly, app doesn’t work with FTMO credentials, and web browser on your phone is broken. Truly frustrating.
App doesn't even let you login using the same copy and paste login that got me online on the web browser.
Prop Firms have been forced to switch from Metatrader to DXtrade and so far horrible. The credentials that log into the web platform won't on DX . What a mess. It's like switching from Rolls Royce to a KIA that has issues
The mobile app for DXtrade isn’t very user friendly. I I am not able to set limit/stop orders and the charts itself don’t look as clean as mt5.
I was able to figure out DX fairly quickly but does not suite my trading style. Execution is wayy to slow. Close a position takes too long. Does not compare to MT4/5
One click trading is buggy. Sometimes it crashes when you click it.
Does anyone who works there see these reviews at all? We simply cannot login to DX - this is a big issue. I can’t even judge the interface yet. Never even got that far. Can log in over the webpage but prefer to trade on an app compatible with a phone.
this app Trade is the worst platform ever created. For both desktop & mobile. Your order executions will either not go through or be extremely delayed. Want to close out your trade? Good luck because the platform will crash, leaving you stranded with open trade. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company.
The mobile app is frustrating to work with, there are delays when I place my order, and when I close, I have to log back in any time you exit DX which makes things 10x worse! Please fix the mobile app especially since the vast majority of the U.S. traders will be on here.
I have been using DX for the last two days and both days during London session and New York sessions. DX signs you out and you cannot login. Ended up costing me a lot of money. While I was closing my trades, it automatically logged out and cannot log back in for 30 minutes to an hour.
How is it even possible that an app like this app Trade even allowed to be published on iOS.
The worst of the worst and they are not even doing anything to improve anything on it. They should be ashamed of themselves… if MT4 and MT5 are caviar, then this app Trade is rotten cheap dog food. It’s disgraceful.
Since you guys are the new standard for US prop firms we should be able to use EA's without copytrading.
Can’t find trade history, any SL/TP markings or any indicators to navigate. Not user friendly at all compared to MT5.
Gonna be forced to move to this and kinda scared of all the reviews

Was fine last few days now just won’t load up . Like comment above will be using for prop account so would be fantastic if it ran properly
