My Bruhealth failed to open!
Bruhealth load to a white screen with faded green buttong on bottom, nothing can be press, back button does not work, have tried re-install, using previous version, using update, clear data, reboot. none- worked
The whole system is broken. Everyone I know who’s been positive or a close contact has had to endure extra days or even weeks of isolation because the system is not set up correctly. 5 days after my double negative tests post covid, only now is my code purple and now there is no reason whatsoever for it to be purple. If you can’t fix this operational issue there can only be one outcome - people will stop using the app to log their positive tests. Is that your goal? If not the time to address your users is now as I am hearing people are already avoiding declaring things in the app due to its malfunctioning.
