Hi good morning. My app was not working.i deleted app reinstated it , rebooted phone . Reset password. Still is not syncing info. Very frustrating. I also previously could sync to my Strava account.thank you in advance

Using an onmove 500 with decathlon app. Mostly working well and syncing with strava. Occasionally, twice in last month my evening cycle home is uploaded from watch says data being sent. The cycle shows up in my activities in the decathlon connect app but does not get added to the sync list and therefore doesn't get synced with strava
