this app during its inception is amazing but overtime it’s usage is not utilized fully and contact tracing looks uncontrollable,messy jd not accurate. This is also a factor that our country hardly find or detect covid 19 infected people. Family links in thier accounts should be automatically linked upon registration so that its easier for contact tracing. Data should be real-time and auto updates and enable infected users to notify other potential infected user via notification or messaging.

BruHealth is not enough and have not plan to update its capability. Hence, not reliable, need improvement

Hi my husband and i made booking for vaccination to Jubki Emas Bunut Clinic yesterday evening. Hundreds slots available and we manage to get the slot. After half and hour later, i double check again and our booking was gone. It stated No Booking. How is this possible? 😫

Its just bad how we as a family member can’t enter any where if even a kid needs an acc especially In leTaj if like magically we go out without our dad ... so bad

it took more than 10 secs to load the scanner. So I just close it and just continue entering premises without scanning (premises dont even care to provide a log book where I can log my name in). I want to care about the government initiative for contact tracing but a modern app in 2020 shouldnt have to take more than 5 secs to load an app. If you really have the care in the world please improve, or malas tah kami ingau.

It doesn’t work for iphone 6 on the ART report & came out blank when trying in to fill in the report ART result. Already install & re-install but still no luck. Developer please help!

At first, BruHealth very good and the speed is great. Lately it is getting worst. Loading time takes forever and sometimes after scanning, the loading screen will show up endlessly. Add more server if you need to, unless you are also getting more comfortable that you don’t care about this scanning thing and contact tracing anymore.

BruHealth needs to be updated so people with older version phones can also make use of BruHealth. It is very inconvenient for them to constantly borrow other family members’ or friends’ phones merely to enter premises.

The latest update really slowed the process alot. Latter versions were just a few second to update and scan. But now it takes more than a minute which annoys not only me but the people in que as well. Please restore it back to the original or atleast make it faster.

I once booked then cancelled becus the green tick is not showing. then when i try to book again, BruHealth is said “IC have been used” when in there was no booking made. theres no tech support in app which makes it harder to reach out.

App was accidentally deleted and cannot be reinstall back, does not have the download cloud in BruHealth . Require BruHealth to be updated back.

Every time I tried to scan in or out, BruHealth takes time to load up...

Today I was unable to access the code page gia mobile data but was accessible via wifi. Using iOs and have uninstalled and reinstalled. Still the same problem. I gather I wont be able to scan into places of this problem persists. Pleae help tp rectify.

I hope BruHealth develop auto leave when the user are not in range in the area of the places where they want to enter... im not the type to look at phone all the time and always forget it for almost a day, auto leave is a good feature for people who doesn’t check phones too often

Great app and interface. However, the “Need To Turn On Contact Trace” confirmation gets annoying as it appears often when it is obviously required all the time. Maybe this can be taken into consideration.

Good job on the update where we can access our own medical records, if its possible if BruHealth can sync with Apple.&

The apps is quite useful especially in contract tracing. Need to enforce people to scan before entering into premises to make the apps more effective. Please include more features beneficial to users.

App works fine in the beginning, had some issues scanning in after updating to iOS 13.6, but seems to be fixed now.
Thank you to developer for making timely bug fixes.

Data needs to be updated but other than that good stuff.

Still no verification code sent after entered phone number

Please fix the issue with the issuance of the verification codes. Have not gotten the codes since few nights - once received codes, session expired. This poses an inconvenience for end users.

hello .. emm just want to add .. one of my family member cant acess due to not compatible issue .. pls doo fix this since not all older generation using modern phone .

Answered all ‘No’ for the questions and results came to a code red with incorrect details such as households member has flu like symptoms 😱

Takes Too long for the code to arrive, if its isnt mandatory to create this, i find this quite a waste of time.
