I got the message that the Maryland unemployment app for claimants has been updated and to delete it and reinstall so I have done that numerous times and it just keeps having the same message. What suggestions or what can I do? Thank you in advance.

Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MD Unemployment on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MD Unemployment network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix MD Unemployment not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MD Unemployment App
1. On android, goto Settings » MD Unemployment » click [Force Stop]

Update MD Unemployment to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MD Unemployment App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MD Unemployment » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MD Unemployment.

Fix MD Unemployment unable to contact server/ MD Unemployment internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MD Unemployment » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MD Unemployment » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MD Unemployment
