Hello, for about a month I have not been able to use the Caixa Bank Now and the CaixaBank Sign apps on my Android mobile phone, a Xaomi . Before that time I had no problems. When I open the apps, there is a box telling me that the apps are closed for security reasons. I also made virus checks, but there are no viruses. Perhaps you can find a solution of this problem and send a mail. Best regards!

Impossible to open app. Keeps asking for confirmation via Caixabank sign which either loops around or produces an error message. Has been doing this for about 4 days.

My CaixaBank app would not connect so I went to GooglePlayStore and was offered an update. This I activated and the app is now working again. But if I go to the GooglePlayStore it shows the app as still downloading and if I press 'cancel' it doesn't cancel.

How to fix CaixaBankNow app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CaixaBankNow app on iPhone
Update CaixaBankNow app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CaixaBankNow iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CaixaBankNow on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CaixaBankNow network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix CaixaBankNow not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CaixaBankNow App
1. On android, goto Settings » CaixaBankNow » click [Force Stop]

Update CaixaBankNow to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CaixaBankNow App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CaixaBankNow » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CaixaBankNow.

Fix CaixaBankNow unable to contact server/ CaixaBankNow internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CaixaBankNow » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CaixaBankNow » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CaixaBankNow
