The app was frozen even when I refreshed the app multiple times and even shut down and turned back on my phone.

My recordings won’t play
A few times I have woken and ended the tracker and the sleep data did not track. The tracker was started at night, and I hit quit in the morning. But notice that it actually hasn’t tracked.
After two days the app stopped recording my sleep for me to play back. It does still seem to work. But I can't play any longer the little sound snippets. Did I delete something that does the recording? If yes, what do I need to additionally download or do to make it work again? Thank you for advice. Kim Engelen
I have tried for days to cancel this trial of “shuteye” to no avail! There is no cancellation on it in settings! PLEASE CANCEL THIS IMMEDIATELY!! PLEASE RESPOND. THANK YOU. JUDY BUTTS
I have recordings from last night, but when I press the arrow button for it to play, nothing happens.

Neither my sound mix nor my alarm have sound. This happened for a few days just over a week ago.
It seems my app stops working if I get up during the night. For example, if I get up at 2 am, the app only records the period of time I originally fell asleep until 2am. It is plugged in all night.

Does not finish a whole night with me! 🤷🏼♀️I leave it connected to my cable like you say, but like last night it went from 10:00 to 11:54! I woke up at 6:30 this morning and of course didn't have to shut it off. Like this when it's working.

I've been charged and I have been trying to cancel this subscription before it started to take payment!
App works fine for awhile, but when I get up the middle of the night it stops recording even though it says it's working.
Could using a humidifier in my bedroom interfere with the recordings . I have had much lower snoring and suspected sleep apnea episodes since using it for the past two nights. Would it block out the snore sound?
