I have a king mattress with 2 adjustable power frames. one works purfectly. The other worked fine originally, but doesnt work at all now. Both remotes work on the one side. Neither remote works on the other side. I have tried using the troubleshooting guide with no results. Do you have any more ideas on what I might check? Thanks for any help. Jerry Albertson

Purple Powerbase™ allows you to operate your Purple adjustable power base from your iOS devices. - Comfort Settings: you can now combine your favorite position with the perfect massage setting. - Routines: save multiple Comfort Settings to run for a specific period of time. E. g. , massage in Zero Gravity for 15 minutes, lay flat for 30 minutes, then switch to Anti-Snore to sleep. - Set alarms to raise you wake, either alone or in combination with your favorite Comfort Settings and Routines. - Bluetooth AutoConnect and Wizard allows simplified connections to your bed. - Control both sides of your split adjustable bed from one screen on one phone. Spouse snoring? Activate Anti-Snore position on their side from your phone. - Create a User Profile to save your info and favorite settings, which are automatically backed up to the cloud. - Direct dial or email Customer Service from PurplePowerbase .
