I have a king mattress with 2 adjustable power frames. one works purfectly. The other worked fine originally, but doesnt work at all now. Both remotes work on the one side. Neither remote works on the other side. I have tried using the troubleshooting guide with no results. Do you have any more ideas on what I might check? Thanks for any help. Jerry Albertson

How to fix Purple Powerbase app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Purple Powerbase app on iPhone
Update Purple Powerbase app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Purple Powerbase iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Purple Powerbase on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Purple Powerbase network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Purple Powerbase Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Purple Powerbase not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Purple Powerbase App
1. On android, goto Settings » Purple Powerbase » click [Force Stop]

Update Purple Powerbase to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Purple Powerbase App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Purple Powerbase » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Purple Powerbase.

Fix Purple Powerbase unable to contact server/ Purple Powerbase internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Purple Powerbase » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Purple Powerbase » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Purple Powerbase
