Randomly creates new alarms at random times, so you may experience having your mattress going to 90 degrees at 3:42 AM.
Unintuitive interface.
Even if you check for them before you go to sleep, it crashes if you try to delete or modify them.
Frequent crashes.
Ugly interface.

We bought our Purple several years ago and from the start PurplePowerbase kept failing. We would have e to uninstall and reinstall every week or do. Then suddenly there was no app at all. We were told to download the Reverie app, which worked for several years, and very suddenly failed. Apparently... Show more that app is now of limited value to older users, so I searched for Purple and found the “new and improved” app. And it won’t sync to the bed.

So once again I’m stuck with a $3,000 power base without a means to use it.

Remote worked well prior to the new IOS update. Now it does absolutely nothing and doesn’t even pair with the bed any longer. Update your app!

No Shortcuts or HomeKit compatibility

I am not sure if this new app or the old app is better. I have a split-king bed, and the old app was able to separate them in PurplePowerbase to control each side individually or the whole bed together. PurplePowerbase will not allow me to control them individually without disconnecting one side ... Show more from the control, which eliminates controlling the whole bed without having to reconnect the disconnected side. The added features are nice, but, as a whole, PurplePowerbase needs a bit more functionality.

PurplePowerbase is a nice touch for my Purple PowerBase, however, is very dated and just okay. An update has NOT been given to this application for sometime, hopefully that will occur soon and add a better UI and functionality.

Widgets for bed position would be great!

Mattress itself we are happy with. The remotes for the power base we are extremely dissatisfied with as they don't work 97% of the time. The ap works well enough but the plus and minus buttons escalate so quickly and it doesn't have the option the remote has for preset preferred positions. Thank yo... Show more u

Great update from the old PowerBase App. Connection is far superior than before as well. The mattress is just as great now as it was when I got it over two years ago. I’m so happy you added the Alarm function. One request though, can you add support for Siri Shortcuts? That would make everything ab... Show more solutely perfect.

PurplePowerbase syncs very quick and it works good just want to be able to adjust lumbar to a degree and the remote seems like it would charge but dont think it does it should be a phone holder and speaker for alarm that would be the cream de la creme

App works well with the base. Ability to operate both bases through PurplePowerbase is a plus
