I just lodged €15 into Purple Ocean account, then the application crashed. When I now click on lodge €15, the app says 'You already own this item'. Please help to either return the money to me or go ahead with the reading for Psychic Katie Rose. The app crashed, just as I lodged fifteen Euro. Please help. Thank you, Nicholas
